A video clip documented the first appearance of Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker after his release from prison a few days ago. The footage showed Shaker cutting his hair after spending a long time in prison and during the trial.
Release
The military court in Lebanon issued a decision a few days ago approving the request for Shaker’s release after considering the request from his legal representative based on his health condition.
Lebanese artist’s lawyer, Dr. Amata Mubarak, submitted a request to the court for his release due to his health condition, with a commitment to attend all sessions and not leave the country.
Official Announcement
What strengthened the Lebanese artist’s position was that he surrendered to the army on October 4th, and an official announcement regarding his release is expected to be made through Fadel Shaker’s media office.
