An innocent cry echoed in the home of Engineer Abdullah Mohammed Mashhoor, one of the employees of the Municipality of Al-Tawal Governorate, announcing the arrival of a newborn girl whom he and his wife agreed to name “Ruh.” May Allah make her one of the blessed, among the guardians of His Holy Book, and a source of joy for her parents.
