كشفت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الروسية ماريا زاخاروفا، أن الهجمات الأوكرانية على البنية التحتية للحبوب والزراعة في روسيا تتسبب في ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية العالمية، وتفاقم نقص الحبوب، لافتة إلى أن ذلك يخدم مصالح عدد من الدول الغربية.

وأدلت زاخاروفا بهذه التعليقات في بيان صدر بعد أن أجبرت موجة من الهجمات الأوكرانية على ميناء نوفوروسيسك الروسي المطل على البحر الأسود محطات رئيسية لتصدير الحبوب في المدينة على تعليق عملها.
وقالت زاخاروفا: «هذه الهجمات تُفاقم نقص الحبوب والأسمدة وتؤدي إلى ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية في أنحاء العالم وتزيد العبء على دول الجنوب والشرق العالمي، التي أصبحت رهينة للسياسات غير المسؤولة التي تنتهجها (الأطراف الفاعلة) المشار إليها».
وفي سياق متصل، قال مصدران في قطاع النفط: «إن مصفاة النفط الروسية متوسطة الحجم «أورسكنفتيورجسينتيز» توقفت عن العمل أمس، إثر حريق نجم عن هجوم أوكراني بطائرات مسيرة».
The spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, revealed that Ukrainian attacks on the grain and agricultural infrastructure in Russia are causing a rise in global food prices and exacerbating the grain shortage, noting that this serves the interests of several Western countries.

Zakharova made these comments in a statement issued after a wave of Ukrainian attacks forced key grain export terminals in the Russian port of Novorossiysk on the Black Sea to suspend operations.
She stated, “These attacks exacerbate the shortage of grains and fertilizers, lead to rising food prices worldwide, and increase the burden on the Global South and East, which have become hostages to the irresponsible policies pursued by the mentioned (actors).”
In a related context, two sources in the oil sector said, “The medium-sized Russian oil refinery ‘Urskennefturgsintez’ stopped operating yesterday due to a fire caused by a Ukrainian drone attack.”
