مؤسسة مجتمع جميل السعودية والبرنامج الوطني لتنمية قطاع تقنية المعلومات يوقعان اتفاقية تعاون – أخبار السعودية

على مسرح الحدث التقني الأبرز في الشرق الأوسط ليب 2026، وقّعت مؤسسة مجتمع جميل السعودية اتفاقية تعاون مع البرنامج الوطني لتنمية قطاع تقنية المعلومات، بهدف تعزيز التعاون في دعم وتمكين الشركات التقنية ورواد الأعمال والمبتكرين، وتوسيع استفادتهم من البرامج والمبادرات والخدمات التي يقدمها الطرفان، وذلك للإسهام في تطوير منظومة التقنية والابتكار وريادة الأعمال، وتحفيز نمو الشركات التقنية في المملكة.

سيفتح هذا التعاون آفاقاً أوسع أمام رواد الأعمال والشركات التقنية للاستفادة من البرامج والمبادرات والخدمات ذات الصلة، من خلال تعزيز تبادل الخبرات والإرشاد، ودعم المشاريع والمبادرات، والتعريف بالفرص والبرامج المتاحة لدى الطرفين، إلى جانب التعاون في الفعاليات والمبادرات المشتركة. كما يشمل ذلك التعريف بمنتجات الدعم التي يقدمها البرنامج الوطني لتنمية قطاع تقنية المعلومات، ومن بينها منتج دعم تطوير المنتج الأولي، الذي يوفر منحاً مالية وخدمات لرواد الأعمال وفقاً للشروط والمعايير.

وفي هذا السياق، علقت مي طيبة، نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة مجتمع جميل السعودية: “يمثل هذا التعاون امتداداً لجهود مؤسسة مجتمع جميل السعودية في تمكين رواد الأعمال والمبتكرين ودعم نمو الشركات التقنية، من خلال بناء شراكات تسهم في توسيع نطاق الفرص والخدمات المتاحة أمامهم. ونسعى من خلال هذا التعاون إلى تعزيز التكامل بين الجهات العاملة في منظومة التقنية وريادة الأعمال، وتيسير وصول المستفيدين إلى البرامج والخبرات التي تدعم تطوير مشاريعهم بما يتوافق مع أحدث المعايير المعمول بها”.

من جانبه، صرح محمد عبدالغفار، مدير تنفيذي للمبادرات بالمؤسسة: “يمثل تكامل الجهود بين الجهات الحكومية ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص ركيزة أساسية لتعزيز منظومة ريادة الأعمال والابتكار، وتهيئة بيئة أكثر دعماً لنمو الشركات التقنية وتمكين رواد الأعمال والمبتكرين من الوصول إلى الفرص والممكنات التي تسهم في تطوير مشاريعهم. ويأتي هذا التعاون امتداداً لهذا التكامل، بما يعزز توحيد الجهود وتوسيع نطاق الاستفادة من البرامج والخدمات المتاحة، وبما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في بناء اقتصاد قائم على الابتكار، وتعزيز تنافسية قطاع التقنية، وتمكين الكفاءات والمواهب الوطنية”.

ومن المنتظر أن يوسّع هذا التعاون دائرة الفرص المتاحة أمام رواد الأعمال والشركات التقنية، من خلال تسهيل وصولهم إلى الخبرات والبرامج والممكنات ذات الصلة، التي تسهم في دعم تطوير أفكارهم ومشاريعهم، وتعزيز جاهزيتها للنمو والتوسع، وتمنح أصحاب المشاريع التقنية مسارات أوسع للاستفادة من الفرص المتاحة في المنظومة. وسيشمل هذا التعاون جميع برامج ريادة الأعمال المدعومة من المؤسسة، مثل مسابقة ستارت سمارت السعودية، ومبادرة جميل للتقنية العميقة، وتحدي ستارت سمارت للجامعات، وغيرها من البرامج المبتكرة لخدمة المنظومة.

ويؤكد هذا التعاون أهمية تكامل الأدوار بين الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص في تطوير بيئة داعمة للابتكار وريادة الأعمال، بما يعزز قدرة رواد الأعمال والمشاريع التقنية على الاستفادة من الموارد والخبرات والفرص المتاحة، ويدعم نمو الشركات الوطنية في قطاع التقنية. كما يأتي ذلك في سياق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 الرامية إلى تنمية الاقتصاد الرقمي، وتعزيز الابتكار، وتمكين القطاع الخاص والكفاءات الوطنية من الإسهام في بناء اقتصاد معرفي.

At the most prominent technical event in the Middle East, LEAP 2026, the Abdul Latif Jameel Community Foundation signed a cooperation agreement with the National Program for the Development of the Information Technology Sector, aimed at enhancing collaboration in supporting and empowering tech companies, entrepreneurs, and innovators, and expanding their benefit from the programs, initiatives, and services provided by both parties, in order to contribute to the development of the technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem, and to stimulate the growth of tech companies in the Kingdom.

This collaboration will open broader horizons for entrepreneurs and tech companies to benefit from related programs, initiatives, and services, by enhancing the exchange of experiences and mentorship, supporting projects and initiatives, and introducing the opportunities and programs available from both parties, in addition to collaborating on joint events and initiatives. This also includes introducing the support products offered by the National Program for the Development of the Information Technology Sector, including the product for supporting the development of the initial product, which provides financial grants and services to entrepreneurs according to specific conditions and criteria.

This collaboration is expected to expand the circle of opportunities available to entrepreneurs and tech companies, by facilitating their access to relevant expertise, programs, and capabilities that contribute to supporting the development of their ideas and projects, enhancing their readiness for growth and expansion, and providing tech project owners with broader pathways to benefit from the available opportunities in the ecosystem. This collaboration will include all entrepreneurship programs supported by the foundation, such as the Saudi Start Smart Competition, the Jameel Deep Tech Initiative, the Start Smart University Challenge, and other innovative programs serving the ecosystem.

This collaboration emphasizes the importance of integrating roles between government entities and the private sector in developing a supportive environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, which enhances the ability of entrepreneurs and tech projects to benefit from available resources, expertise, and opportunities, and supports the growth of national companies in the tech sector. It also aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at developing the digital economy, enhancing innovation, and empowering the private sector and national talents to contribute to building a knowledge-based economy.
