مددت روسيا حظر تصدير الديزل المفروض على المنتجين، لضمان استمرار تدفق الإمدادات إلى السوق المحلية، مع تصاعد الهجمات الأوكرانية على مصافي البلاد.

وقالت الحكومة في بيان على موقعها الإلكتروني أمس (السبت) إنها مددت الحظر حتى 30 سبتمبر، وأضافت: «اتُخذ القرار لدعم استقرار سوق الوقود المحلية».

وستزيد هذه الخطوة الضغط على إمدادات النفط العالمية، وقبل موجة الهجمات غير المسبوقة التي شنتها كييف على قطاع إنتاج الوقود الروسي في الشهور الأخيرة، كانت روسيا مصدراً رئيسياً للديزل إلى الأسواق الخارجية، إذ كانت تستحوذ على نحو 10% من الإمدادات العالمية.

وحظرت روسيا تصدير الديزل المفروض على المنتجين في أوائل شهر يوليو كإجراء قصير الأجل، لكنها مددته بعد ذلك حتى نهاية أغسطس مع استمرار الهجمات الأوكرانية، واستثنى الإجراء الشحنات بموجب الاتفاقيات الحكومية الدولية والمساعدات الإنسانية.

Russia has extended the diesel export ban imposed on producers to ensure the continued flow of supplies to the domestic market, amid escalating Ukrainian attacks on the country’s refineries.

The government stated in a statement on its website yesterday (Saturday) that it has extended the ban until September 30, adding: “The decision was made to support the stability of the local fuel market.”

This move will increase pressure on global oil supplies. Before the unprecedented wave of attacks launched by Kyiv on the Russian fuel production sector in recent months, Russia was a major source of diesel for foreign markets, accounting for about 10% of global supplies.

Russia imposed the diesel export ban on producers in early July as a short-term measure, but then extended it until the end of August as Ukrainian attacks continued. The measure excluded shipments under international government agreements and humanitarian aid.
