تنتهي الفترة المحددة من هيئة السوق المالية لإعلان النتائج المالية للشركات للربع الثاني 2026 يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 11 أغسطس الجاري، (بعد ستة أيام).
وأعلنت 28 شركةً مدرجةً في السوق السعودية الرئيسية، النتائج المالية للنصف الأول من عام 2026 بعد إغلاق أمس (الثلاثاء) وقبل افتتاح اليوم.
وارتفعت أرباح 12 شركة من تلك الشركات، في حين تراجعت أرباح ثماني شركات، وسجلت ثماني شركات خسائر.
ملكية الأجانب
ووصلت نسبة ملكية الأجانب غير المؤسسين دون أرامكو بالسوق السعودية خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في 30 يوليو 2026، إلى 11.22% من إجمالي السوق مقارنة بنسبة 11.26% المسجلة بنهاية الأسبوع الذي سبقه، وبلغت قيمة ملكيتهم نحو 341.58 مليار ريال.
وتمثِّل ملكية المستثمرين الأجانب غير المؤسسين (الأفراد والمؤسسات واتفاقيات المبادلة والمحافظ المدارة)، بينما لا تشمل الحصص الاستراتيجية للمؤسسين.
ملكية الخليجيين
وبخصوص ملكية المستثمرين الخليجيين في السوق، فقد استقرت نسبتها عند 2.44% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة دون أرامكو، وهي النسبة نفسها المسجلة في الأسبوع السابق، وبلغت قيمة ملكيتهم نحو 74.15 مليار ريال.
وبلغت الملكية الإجمالية للمستثمرين الأجانب بدون أرامكو (شاملة الشركاء الاستراتيجيين) 12.80%، مقارنة بنسبة 12.81% المسجلة في الأسبوع الذي سبقه، وبلغت قيمة هذه الملكية نحو 389.81 مليار ريال.
ومثَّل الملاك الأجانب المؤسسون ما نسبته 1.58% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة (دون احتساب أرامكو)، ما يعادل نحو 48.23 مليار ريال.
The deadline set by the Capital Market Authority for announcing the financial results of companies for the second quarter of 2026 ends on Tuesday, August 11, (in six days).
28 companies listed on the main Saudi market announced their financial results for the first half of 2026 after the close yesterday (Tuesday) and before the opening today.
Profits of 12 of those companies increased, while profits of eight companies declined, and eight companies recorded losses.
Foreign Ownership
The percentage of foreign ownership, excluding Aramco, in the Saudi market during the week ending July 30, 2026, reached 11.22% of the total market compared to 11.26% recorded at the end of the previous week, with their ownership valued at approximately 341.58 billion riyals.
This ownership represents the holdings of non-institutional foreign investors (individuals, institutions, swap agreements, and managed portfolios), while it does not include the strategic stakes of the founders.
Gulf Ownership
Regarding the ownership of Gulf investors in the market, their percentage remained stable at 2.44% of the total market capitalization of listed shares excluding Aramco, which is the same percentage recorded in the previous week, with their ownership valued at approximately 74.15 billion riyals.
The total ownership of foreign investors without Aramco (including strategic partners) reached 12.80%, compared to 12.81% recorded in the previous week, with this ownership valued at approximately 389.81 billion riyals.
Founding foreign owners represented 1.58% of the total market capitalization of listed shares (excluding Aramco), equivalent to approximately 48.23 billion riyals.
