The young Syrian artist Al-Shami directly denied the rumors circulated by some regarding his secret marriage to a girl named Ingy Khouri, confirming that the wide fame he enjoys makes him susceptible to many speculations and inaccurate interpretations.
Denying the Rumors
During a press conference held as part of the “Mawazine” festival, Al-Shami explained that the significant reach he achieves through social media platforms might lead some to form personal perceptions about his private life, without relying on true information.
Unrealistic Interpretations
He added that his continuous presence in front of the audience and the daily reach of his content to millions of people makes him unable to control the thoughts or impressions that may form among followers, considering that some rumors arise from mere expectations or false personal inferences.
Background of the Controversy
These statements came after a wave of controversy previously stirred by Ingy Khouri after she spoke about Al-Shami in a widely circulated video clip, which opened the door to many speculations and interactions across various social media platforms.
New Concerts
On another note, Al-Shami will hold a concert in the North Coast of Egypt on July 17, 2026, as part of the Roman Theater Festival, with the participation of Lebanese artist Mohammed Fadel Shakir, where they will present a selection of their most prominent musical works in a surprise artistic evening.
