كما وجه مدحت العدل رسالة شكر وتقدير لكل زملائه المبدعين على ثقتهم الكبيرة له، معتبراً ذلك وساماً على صدره، لافتاً أن المرحلة القادمة ستكون حاسمة في معالجة جميع الملفات المتعلقة بحقوق الملكية الفكرية، خصوصاً مع التحديات التي يفرضها التطور التقني والذكاء الاصطناعي.
تعزيز موارد الجمعية
وأضاف العدل أنه سيسعى لتعزيز موارد الجمعية بما يضمن الحفاظ على كرامة وحقوق المبدعين المصريين في الداخل والخارج، مع التركيز على تطوير آليات الجمعية لتواكب التحولات العالمية في صناعة الموسيقى والنشر.
الفوز في الانتخابات
وقد فاز مدحت العدل بمقعد رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعية بعد منافسة قوية مع الملحن صالح أبو الدهب والشاعر محمد جمعة، مستنداً في برنامجه الانتخابي إلى سلسلة من الإنجازات العملية، أبرزها تفعيل بروتوكولات تعاون إستراتيجية مع كبرى الكيانات الإعلامية لضمان تحصيل حقوق الأداء العلني للمبدعين.

Medhat El-Adl stated in an official statement following his election victory that the responsibility of leading the association represents a new mandate to continue efforts to preserve the Egyptian creative identity and protect the rights of creators.

He also sent a message of thanks and appreciation to all his fellow creators for their great trust in him, considering it a badge of honor, noting that the upcoming phase will be decisive in addressing all issues related to intellectual property rights, especially with the challenges posed by technological advancements and artificial intelligence.
Enhancing the Association’s Resources
El-Adl added that he will strive to enhance the association’s resources to ensure the dignity and rights of Egyptian creators both domestically and abroad, focusing on developing the association’s mechanisms to keep pace with global transformations in the music and publishing industries.
Winning the Elections
Medhat El-Adl won the position of Chairman of the Board of the association after a strong competition with composer Saleh Abu El-Dahab and poet Mohamed Gomaa, basing his electoral program on a series of practical achievements, the most notable of which is activating strategic cooperation protocols with major media entities to ensure the collection of public performance rights for creators.
