حذّرت نقابة المهن التمثيلية في مصر جميع الفنانين والعاملين بالوسط الفني من التعامل مع أشخاص أو كيانات تدّعي ارتباطها بـ«راديو مصر»، وتروّج لمشروعات فنية، من بينها مسلسلات إذاعية، بزعم الإنتاج المشترك أو إتاحة أدوار تمثيلية مقابل مبالغ مالية.
باقات مالية
وأكدت النقابة، في بيان أصدرته، رصد محاولات لاستغلال اسم «راديو مصر» في طلب مساهمات مالية من ممثلين تحت مسمى «باقات»، تبدأ من 5 آلاف جنيه وتزداد وفقاً لحجم الدور، وهو ما يخالف القواعد المهنية والقانونية المعمول بها.
وأضافت بأن أي عمل فني، سواء كان إذاعياً أو درامياً، يجب أن يتم حصرياً من خلال جهات إنتاج معتمدة وبموجب عقود رسمية واضحة، مع التنسيق الكامل مع النقابة والجهة الإذاعية صاحبة الاسم، مشيرة إلى أن تحصيل أموال من الممثلين مقابل أدوار يُعد مخالفة صريحة تستوجب المساءلة القانونية.
إجراءات قانونية
وطالبت نقابة المهن التمثيلية أعضاءها بتوخي الحذر وعدم الانسياق وراء الإعلانات أو الوعود غير الموثقة، مع التأكيد على أهمية الرجوع إلى النقابة للتحقق من مشروعية أي عمل فني يُنسب إلى جهات رسمية أو مؤسسات إعلامية معروفة، مؤكدة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق أي شخص أو جهة يثبت تورطها في استغلال أسماء مؤسسات إعلامية كبرى أو الإضرار بمصالح وأعضاء النقابة.
The Actors’ Syndicate in Egypt has warned all artists and those working in the artistic field against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be associated with “Radio Egypt,” promoting artistic projects, including radio series, under the pretext of co-production or offering acting roles in exchange for financial amounts.
Financial Packages
The syndicate confirmed, in a statement it issued, that it has monitored attempts to exploit the name “Radio Egypt” to solicit financial contributions from actors under the title of “packages,” starting from 5,000 Egyptian pounds and increasing according to the size of the role, which violates the professional and legal rules in place.
It added that any artistic work, whether radio or dramatic, must be conducted exclusively through accredited production entities and under clear official contracts, with full coordination with the syndicate and the broadcasting entity that owns the name, noting that collecting money from actors in exchange for roles constitutes a clear violation that warrants legal accountability.
Legal Actions
The Actors’ Syndicate has urged its members to exercise caution and not to be swayed by unverified advertisements or promises, emphasizing the importance of referring to the syndicate to verify the legitimacy of any artistic work attributed to official entities or well-known media institutions, confirming that necessary legal actions will be taken against any individual or entity proven to be involved in exploiting the names of major media institutions or harming the interests and members of the syndicate.
