فكرة الاستثمار

كفكرة أولى لتعريف الاستثمار الثقافي نقف بين معنيين حقيقين منشأهما في فكرة المشروع بمعناه الربحي وغير الربحي لمكونات الثقافة في شتى فنونها المعرفية والفكرية والإبداعية من جهتين؛ هما الاستثمار البشري للطاقة الكامنة للإبداع للمجتمع ونموه الحضاري ومنجزاته وآخر نمو اقتصادي يحفز على ديمومة العمل الثقافي عبر عوائد مجزية تأصل للفكرة الأولى للنمو الحضاري والمعرفي الذي بات مقياساً للدول والمجتمعات الرائدة والمتطلعة لمستقبلها الواعد في التفوق والحضور الثقافي العالمي

المناطق الثقافية

وبالتسليط على جغرافيا الأدب
