في فصل درامي جديد لواحدة من أكثر القضايا الجنائية تعقيداً في الوسط الفني العربي، يقف النجم المغربي سعد لمجرد (41 عاماً) مجدداً داخل أروقة القضاء الفرنسي، لتبدأ جلسات الاستئناف الحاسمة في قضية الاغتصاب التي صُدم الشارع العربي بالحكم فيها سابقاً بسجنه 6 سنوات.
الجلسات التي تُعقد في محكمة كريتاي قرب العاصمة باريس، جاءت بعد فترة تأجيل لاستكمال التحقيقات، لتضع المغني الشهير في مواجهة شرسة أمام الشاكية «لورا ب.»، وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة.
فريق الدفاع عن الضحية فجّر تصريحات حادة قبل انطلاق الجلسات، إذ أكد المحامي دافيد شيمي أن موكلته تعيش ظروفاً نفسية قاسية للغاية، موضحاً أن «الضغط النفسي المروع ما زال مستمراً، لأنها مضطرة لرؤية ومواجهة من اعتدى عليها مجدداً داخل القاعة».
وفي المقابل، يدخل سعد لمجرد القاعة وهو يمارس حياته «طليقاً تحت الإشراف القضائي»، متمسكاً بإنكار كافة التهم الموجهة إليه منذ ليلة الملهى الليلي الشهيرة عام 2016، ومراهناً على هذه الجلسات لإسقاط العقوبة واستعادة حريته بالكامل.
ولا تُعد هذه القضية هي المعركة الوحيدة للمغني المغربي في فرنسا، إذ تلاحقه عقوبة أخرى بالسجن 5 سنوات في قضية مشابهة وقعت بالقرب من سان تروبيه عام 2018 وقدم استئنافاً عليها أيضاً، مما يجعل هذه الجلسات بمثابة مفترق طرق حقيقي في مسيرته.
ومن المقرر أن يمتد ماراثون جلسات الاستئناف الحالية لعدة أيام، في جولة قضائية شرسة ستحدد ما إذا كان سعد لمجرد سيتجاوز الكابوس الفرنسي، أم سينتهي به المطاف إلى العودة المباشرة خلف الأسوار.
In a new dramatic chapter of one of the most complex criminal cases in the Arab artistic community, Moroccan star Saad Lamjarred (41 years old) finds himself once again within the halls of the French judiciary, as the crucial appeal sessions begin in the rape case that shocked the Arab public with a previous ruling sentencing him to 6 years in prison.
The sessions, held at the Créteil court near Paris, came after a period of postponement to complete the investigations, placing the famous singer in a fierce confrontation with the complainant “Laura B.”, amid heightened security measures.
The defense team for the victim made sharp statements before the sessions began, with lawyer David Shimi confirming that his client is living under extremely harsh psychological conditions, explaining that “the horrific psychological pressure is still ongoing, as she is forced to see and confront the person who assaulted her again inside the courtroom.”
In contrast, Saad Lamjarred enters the courtroom while living “freely under judicial supervision,” insisting on denying all the charges against him since the infamous nightclub incident in 2016, betting on these sessions to overturn the sentence and fully regain his freedom.
This case is not the only battle for the Moroccan singer in France, as he is also facing another 5-year prison sentence in a similar case that occurred near Saint-Tropez in 2018, for which he has also filed an appeal, making these sessions a real crossroads in his career.
The current marathon of appeal sessions is set to last for several days, in a fierce judicial round that will determine whether Saad Lamjarred will overcome the French nightmare or end up directly returning behind bars.
