يورو واحد لكارداشيان.. تعويض رمزي بعد عملية «اللصوص الأجداد» في باريس – أخبار السعودية

حصلت النجمة الأمريكية كيم كارداشيان على تعويض رمزي قدره يورو واحد فقط، في ختام الدعوى المدنية المرتبطة بعملية السطو الشهيرة التي تعرّضت لها داخل فندق بباريس عام 2016، حين قُيّدت تحت تهديد السلاح وسُرقت مجوهراتها؛ وبينها خاتم خطبتها الذي تجاوزت قيمته أربعة ملايين دولار.

وجاء هذا التعويض الرمزي بناءً على طلب كارداشيان نفسها من بعض المُدانين في القضية، المعروفة إعلامياً باسم (عملية اللصوص الأجداد) بسبب تقدّم أفراد العصابة في العمر. وقد ارتدى اللصوص يوم الحادثة أقنعة تزلج وتنكروا في زي ضباط شرطة قبل تنفيذ أكبر عملية سرقة مجوهرات في فرنسا خلال عقدين، فيما لم يُعثر على معظم المسروقات حتى اليوم.

وخلال جلسات المحكمة عام 2025، قالت كارداشيان إنها ظنت أنها ستُقتل في تلك الليلة، مؤكدةً أن الصدمة النفسية بقيت ملازمة لها رغم مرور السنوات. وقد خاطبت العقل المدبر للسرقة، أومار آيت خيداش، الذي كان يبلغ 69 عاماً آنذاك، قائلة إنها تسامحه، لكن ذلك لا يمحو ما عاشته من رعب.

وفي السياق نفسه، حصل موظف الاستقبال في الفندق، وهو مدعٍ آخر في القضية، على نحو 110 آلاف يورو من أصل 500 ألف كان يطالب بها، بعد أن أكد أنه تعرّض لضرر مباشر خلال عملية السطو.

وحُكم على آيت خيداش بالسجن ثلاث سنوات، فيما أدين سبعة آخرون بجرائم مرتبطة بالسرقة التي بقيت واحدة من أكثر القضايا إثارة للجدل في فرنسا؛ نظراً لطبيعة منفذيها وقيمة المسروقات والصدمة التي خلّفتها لدى الضحية.

This symbolic compensation came at Kardashian’s own request from some of the convicted individuals in the case, which is publicly known as (the Grand Thieves Operation) due to the advancing age of the gang members. The robbers wore ski masks and disguised themselves as police officers before carrying out the largest jewelry heist in France in two decades, while most of the stolen items have yet to be found to this day.

During the court sessions in 2025, Kardashian stated that she thought she would be killed that night, emphasizing that the psychological shock has remained with her despite the passing years. She addressed the mastermind of the robbery, Omar Ait Khedash, who was 69 years old at the time, saying that she forgives him, but that does not erase the terror she experienced.

In the same context, the hotel receptionist, another plaintiff in the case, received about 110,000 euros out of the 500,000 he was claiming, after confirming that he suffered direct harm during the robbery.

Ait Khedash was sentenced to three years in prison, while seven others were convicted of crimes related to the robbery, which remains one of the most controversial cases in France due to the nature of the perpetrators, the value of the stolen goods, and the shock it left on the victim.
