أعلنت شركة iot squared، التابعة لمجموعة stc والرائدة في حلول إنترنت الأشياء، خلال مشاركتها في مؤتمر leap 2026، عن إطلاق منصة (nucleus twin)، كمكون إضافي لمنصة العمليات الذكية (nucleus)، بمزايا متقدمة مدعومة بتقنيات التوأم الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي.
ويمثّل هذا التطور انتقالًا نوعيًا من الذكاء التشغيلي إلى مستوى جديد من الذكاء التشغيلي المكاني، ومن مراقبة العمليات إلى الاستعداد لما قد يحدث، من خلال توفير رؤية متكاملة تساعد على اتخاذ قرارات أكثر دقة، وتقليل المخاطر، ورفع كفاءة إدارة الأصول والوجهات والمدن في المملكة.
وقال عثمان الدهش، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة iot squared: «العام الماضي، ومن هذا المكان، استعرضنا مزايا منصة العمليات الذكية (nucleus)، واليوم نفخر بتقديم (nucleus twin) كإضافة جديدة إلى المنصة، تجمع التوأم الرقمي وإنترنت الأشياء والذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات المكانية والتشغيلية؛ لننتقل من جمع البيانات ومتابعة التنبيهات إلى تهيئة المعلومات والرؤى لصناع القرار، وتمكينهم من اختبار القرارات ومحاكاة آثارها قبل تطبيقها على أرض الواقع».
وتتيح المنظومة الجديدة إنشاء نموذج حي للمدن والوجهات والمشاريع العملاقة، بما يوفر رؤية متكاملة للأصول والعمليات والبيانات المرتبطة بها، ويساعد على رصد المتغيرات والتنبيهات والاستجابة لها، إلى جانب محاكاة السيناريوهات التشغيلية والتنبؤ بالتحديات المحتملة والاستعداد لها بصورة استباقية.
ويمتد نطاق استخدام (nucleus twin) ليشمل المدن والقطاعات والوجهات والمشاريع العملاقة، والمجمعات السكنية والتجارية، والمشاريع والمنشآت الصناعية، مع إمكانية توظيفه في عمليات النقل وإدارة الحركة والأمن والسلامة والبيئة والاستدامة، وتجربة الضيوف في القطاع السياحي، والطاقة والمرافق والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ.
وينسجم تطوير وتشغيل (nucleus twin) مع الأهداف والأنظمة المحلية، إذ يتكامل مع الأنظمة التشغيلية القائمة في المشاريع بالمملكة، بما فيها أنظمة إنترنت الأشياء وإدارة المباني والأمن وغيرها، كما يمكن تطبيقه في المشاريع العملاقة دون الحاجة إلى تكرار عمليات التصوير الجوي.
ويراعي المكون الجديد متطلبات الحوسبة السحابية والأمن السيبراني وسيادة البيانات على المستوى الوطني، بما يدعم توظيفه في المواقع الحيوية، إلى جانب إمكانية إنشاء النماذج الرقمية وتشغيلها خلال فترة زمنية قصيرة، بدءًا من صور الأقمار الصناعية وصولًا إلى نماذج حية متكاملة.
يُذكر أن الشركة استعرضت منصة (nucleus) خلال مشاركتها في leap 2025، وهي المنصة الموحّدة لجمع البيانات التشغيلية والتنبيهات الواردة من الأصول وأجهزة إنترنت الأشياء، ويأتي الإعلان عن منصة (nucleus twin) في leap 2026، كإضافة جديدة مدعومة بتقنيات التوأم الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي وقدرات متقدمة لتشغيل ذكي مكاني ضمن منظومة (nucleus) الممكن الرئيسي لعملاء الشركة نحو عهد جديد يضع العمليات التشغيلية في صميم مسيرتهم للتحوّل الرقمي.

This development represents a qualitative shift from operational intelligence to a new level of spatial operational intelligence, moving from monitoring operations to preparing for what may happen, by providing an integrated vision that aids in making more accurate decisions, reducing risks, and enhancing the efficiency of asset, destination, and city management in the Kingdom.

The scope of use for “nucleus twin” extends to include cities, sectors, destinations, mega-projects, residential and commercial complexes, and industrial projects and facilities, with the potential to employ it in transportation operations, traffic management, security and safety, environment and sustainability, guest experience in the tourism sector, energy and utilities, and emergency response.
The development and operation of “nucleus twin” align with local goals and systems, as it integrates with existing operational systems in projects across the Kingdom, including IoT systems, building management, security, and others, and can be applied in mega-projects without the need to repeat aerial imaging operations.
The new component considers the requirements of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data sovereignty at the national level, supporting its deployment in vital locations, along with the ability to create and operate digital models within a short timeframe, from satellite images to fully integrated live models.
It is worth mentioning that the company showcased the “nucleus” platform during its participation in leap 2025, which is the unified platform for collecting operational data and alerts from assets and IoT devices.
