استدعى المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام المصري، الممثل القانوني لقناة «الشمس» لجلسة استماع، على خلفية ما تضمنته حلقة برنامج «البصمة» التي عرضت أمس، وقدمها الإعلامي محمد الغيطي.
التعدّي على مخيون
وأوضح المجلس، بأن قرار الاستدعاء تم بناء على ما ورد في الحلقة من محتوى اعتبره المجلس تعديًا على حرمة الحياة الخاصة للفنان الراحل عبدالعزيز مخيون، بما يخالف الأكواد والمعايير الإعلامية المنظمة للعمل الإعلامي.
وأكد المجلس في بيان أصدره، إلزام قناة «الشمس» بحذف الحلقة محل الشكوى من جميع منصات التواصل الاجتماعي التابعة لها، وذلك لحين الانتهاء من التحقيقات واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بشأن الواقعة.
شكوى رسمية
وأشار البيان إلى أن المجلس تلقى شكوى رسمية من نقيب المهن التمثيلية الدكتور أشرف زكي، طالب فيها بالتحقيق فيما تضمنته الحلقة من مخالفات، واتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات وفقًا للقواعد المنظمة للعمل الإعلامي.
وتقدمت نقابة المهن التمثيلية، بشكوى للمجلس الأعلى للإعلام، ضد الإعلامي محمد الغيطي بسبب التجاوز في حق الفنان الراحل عبدالعزيز مخيون.
وقال أشرف زكي «سأتقدم بشكوى للمجلس الأعلى للإعلام ضد قناة الشمس وشكوى أخرى لنقابة الإعلاميين ضد الإعلامي محمد الغيطي بسبب حديثه عن الفنان الراحل عبدالعزيز مخيون بشكل غير لائق خلال حلقة أمس وبدلًا من تكريمه نهيل عليه التراب في واقعة عمرها 21 عامًا ولا ذنب للفنان القدير فيها».
خيانة زوجية
وتحدث الإعلامي الغيطي عن الراحل عبدالعزيز مخيون، مشيرًا إلى واقعة تتعلق بخيانة زوجته الراحلة، وهو ما أثار حالة من الجدل بين جمهور الفنان، الذين اعتبروا أن التطرق لمثل هذه التفاصيل يعد تجاوزًا للخصوصية، ولا يجب طرحه في هذا التوقيت الذي جاء بعد ساعات قليلة من رحيله.
وفاة مخيون
وتوفي الفنان المصري القدير عبدالعزيز مخيون بعد مسيرة فنية امتدت لعقود طويلة، قدم خلالها عشرات الأعمال السينمائية والتلفزيونية والمسرحية التي رسخت مكانته كأحد أبرز نجوم الفن المصري والعربي.
وأعلنت أسرته، وفاته بعد تعرضه لوعكة صحية شديدة خلال الأيام الماضية، استدعت نقله إلى أحد مستشفيات الإسكندرية وحجزه داخل العناية المركزة لتلقي الرعاية الطبية اللازمة.
The Supreme Council for Media Regulation in Egypt summoned the legal representative of the “Shams” channel for a hearing, following the content of the episode of the program “Al-Basma” that aired yesterday, hosted by the media personality Mohamed Al-Ghaiti.
Violation of Privacy
The council clarified that the summons was based on content in the episode that it deemed a violation of the sanctity of the private life of the late artist Abdel Aziz Makhioun, which contradicts the codes and media standards regulating media work.
The council confirmed in a statement that it obligated the “Shams” channel to remove the episode in question from all its social media platforms until the investigations are completed and necessary actions are taken regarding the incident.
Official Complaint
The statement indicated that the council received an official complaint from the head of the Actors’ Syndicate, Dr. Ashraf Zaki, in which he requested an investigation into the violations contained in the episode and the necessary actions to be taken according to the regulations governing media work.
The Actors’ Syndicate filed a complaint with the Supreme Council for Media Regulation against the media personality Mohamed Al-Ghaiti due to his transgressions against the late artist Abdel Aziz Makhioun.
Dr. Ashraf Zaki stated, “I will file a complaint with the Supreme Council for Media Regulation against the Shams channel and another complaint with the Journalists’ Syndicate against the media personality Mohamed Al-Ghaiti due to his inappropriate comments about the late artist Abdel Aziz Makhioun during yesterday’s episode. Instead of honoring him, he buried him under dirt in an incident that occurred 21 years ago, in which the esteemed artist had no fault.”
Adultery
Media personality Al-Ghaiti spoke about the late Abdel Aziz Makhioun, referring to an incident related to his late wife’s infidelity, which sparked controversy among the artist’s audience, who considered that discussing such details is a violation of privacy and should not have been raised at this time, which came just hours after his passing.
Death of Makhioun
The esteemed Egyptian artist Abdel Aziz Makhioun passed away after a long artistic career that spanned decades, during which he presented dozens of cinematic, television, and theatrical works that solidified his status as one of the most prominent stars of Egyptian and Arab art.
His family announced his death after he suffered a severe health crisis in recent days, which necessitated his transfer to a hospital in Alexandria and his admission to intensive care for the necessary medical care.
