صدر قرار نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز، بترقية الدكتور مهند بن حمد بن منصور الشعيبي إلى المرتبة الثالثة عشرة بإمارة منطقة مكة المكرمة.
ويُعدّ الدكتور الشعيبي من الكفاءات الإدارية المتميزة، إذ يمتلك العديد من الخبرات والمهارات التي اكتسبها خلال مسيرته العملية في العمل الإداري والخدمي.
وأعرب الشعيبي عن بالغ شكره وامتنانه على هذه الثقة، مؤكدًا أنها ستكون دافعًا لمواصلة العطاء لخدمة الدين ثم المليك والوطن.

The decision of the Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, has been issued to promote Dr. Muhannad bin Hamad bin Mansour Al-Shaibi to the thirteenth rank in the Makkah Region Emirate.
Dr. Al-Shaibi is considered one of the distinguished administrative talents, possessing numerous experiences and skills acquired throughout his career in administrative and service work.
